Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@goaiden.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Description

Aiden is an AI-powered platform that provides SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) analysis, monitoring, and optimization services. The Service uses autonomous AI agents to analyze publicly available web content, track search engine rankings, monitor AI citation rates, and generate actionable recommendations.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights and recommendations are informational and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. SEO and AEO results depend on many external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features, usage limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
• Use the Service to engage in spamming, phishing, or any form of abuse
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

The Service, including its software, algorithms, AI models, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Aiden and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., website URLs, feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.3 Generated Outputs

Reports, recommendations, content drafts, and other outputs generated by the Service for your account are licensed to you for your use. You may use, modify, and publish these outputs in connection with your business. We do not claim ownership of generated outputs specific to your projects.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC SEO OR AEO RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDEN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aiden from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12) will remain in effect.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you should discontinue use of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aiden.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
